This notice indicates how the site is managed as regards the processing of personal data, the persons who consult it, as well as the data processing practices used through this site. In accordance with Art. 13 (for data collected from the interested party) and Art. 14 (for data not collected from the interested party) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (henceforth GDPR), the Users of this website are hereby provided with the following information, which relates solely to the data processing carried out through this website and not through other websites that may be visited through links from this one, for which it is suggested that you read the relevant information provided by the respective Data Controllers. This website and the services that may be offered through the Website are reserved for persons who have reached the age of eighteen. The Data Controller does not therefore process personal data relating to persons under that age. At the request of such Users, the Data Controller will promptly delete all personal data involuntarily collected.

The Data Controller reserves the right to appoint a web agency or consultant as Data Processor for the purposes of technical assistance, maintenance, technical management and suchlike for this website, whose details may on request be communicated to the addresses indicated above. The Data Controller and the Data Processor also process the data of the Users through their own in-house Representatives, specifically appointed with instructions given to the authorised persons for the processing itself.
2. Category of data processed and origins
- Web browsing data (the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes: IP addresses, the type of browser used, the operating system, the domain name and addresses of websites accessed or exited from, information on the pages visited by users within the site, access time, the length of time spent on individual page, internal path analysis and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. This technical/informational data is collected and used solely in an aggregate and anonymous manner. These data are processed for the purpose of enabling and monitoring the correct use of this website as well as to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the same, and are deleted immediately after processing)

We may firstly process web browsing data, as well as cookies.
We may also process data provided voluntarily by the user, e.g. through the contact form or by the sending of an e-mail, including common personal data (identification data, personal data, billing data and suchlike) and, exceptionally, special data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR, or criminal data within the meaning of Art. 10 GDPR strictly insofar as this made necessary by the information request received and subject to the consent of the person concerned.
Data could come from automated or from voluntary sources, as well as from public sources. For example, it could come from the user's browsing, which could bring with it information about previous visits to other websites, including in particular cookies and other similar technologies. Data may also be provided voluntarily by the user or related parties. Other data may come from public sources, such as data processed in the context of searches and from searches, public databases and suchlike.
3. The purpose of data processing
The personal data of the Users of the website, as described above, will be processed in the manner and in the form prescribed by the GDPR, for the performance of the website's own functions, with particular, but not sole, reference to the browsing of the pages and the procedures described therein for data collection, contact forms, possible registration/access to the reserved area, subscription to the newsletter and suchlike. In particular, personal data provided to the Data Controller will be processed for the following purposes:
- to follow up specific requests made to the Data Controller by the User through the Website and its communication tools (contact forms, information request forms and suchlike);
- for communications of an informative nature relating to the services of the Data Controller, following requests for information by email or on the filling in of the contact form or other communication tools;
- for possible registration for events organised by the Controller and other related activities (e.g. verification of participation, updates of or changes to events, etc.);
- for other purposes that are ancillary to or related to those indicated above and in any case falling within the scope of the Website's activities;
The data provided in generic manner will be processed, as a result also of automatic collection during browsing, for the sole purpose of ascertaining and controlling access to the Website. This also applies to technical cookies, to be understood as session, functionality or analytics cookies that meet the requirements specified by the Data Guarantor. In particular, with regard to these, they can be assimilated to technical cookies where these are created and used directly by the Website. In any case, for such analytics cookies, the website, also in accordance with the specifications of the Guarantor, has provided for the rendering anonymous of the IP addresses and the amendment to data processing. The collection and use of the aforesaid browsing data (without prejudice to the anonymity of the IP addresses) allow the monitoring of the Website's performance and permit improvements to the service provided, offering the User a better browsing experience. 4. The legal basis of the processing
The processing of personal data is based on the fulfilment of contractual or pre-contractual obligations inherent to the request made by the User (e.g. requests for information on the services provided by the Data Controller, and requests for quotations, etc.), as well as, where necessary, on consent through free and informed filling in of the appropriate information fields in the form provided for the collection and sending of data, and the ticking of the appropriate checkboxes where provided.
It should be noted that filling in the fields provided in the form requesting information, is inherent to the request itself and this therefore amounts to fulfilment of a pre-contractual or contractual obligation, depending on context. Consent may be requested at a later date for the processing of further data.
A specific privacy policy will be in place wherever needed (a different policy from this one).
Processing is in case also based on legitimate interest, including the right to information, for which please refer to the next paragraph.
5. Legitimate interest of the Data Controller
The processing of personal data is also based on the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, such as the exercise of its rights in the information society, the performance of contractual services and the carrying out of direct marketing (in the manner, by the means and within the timeframe provided for in law).
6. Mandatory provision of data
The provision of browsing data from Users, for the above-mentioned purposes, depends on the degree of privacy that the User has enabled or disabled through his/her browser. In some cases, disabling it may affect browsing on this Website. For certain modules of this Website, the provision of browsing data and/or the use of technical cookies is mandatory for the proper functioning of the Website itself.
The provision of some of your own data is necessary for the structure of the Website itself and for its procedures. Any request for other optional data shall be preceded by an approval tick. The provision of all other data is optional, according to the type of information that you wish to give to the Website.
Notwithstanding the above the provision of an email account is for example required for any requests made through the contact form, as well as all other compulsory data indicated with an asterisk at the fields concerned. All other data are optional.
In the event of a failure to provide the data required for the requested action, such as your email account in the form requesting information by this means, it will not be possible for the Data Controller to process such request.
PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL PROCESSING
In any event, even where you have given consent to authorise the Controller to pursue all the purposes mentioned in the points above, you will be free to revoke it at any time.
We specifically and separately inform you, as required by Art. 21 of the Regulation, that you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data carried out for the above-mentioned purposes and that, should you object to the processing, your personal data may no longer be processed for those purposes.
7. Possible recipients of personal data
The data may be disclosed to companies connected with, associated with, or controlled by the Controller, as well as to consultants, or to third parties operating, also on behalf of the Controller, for the performance of services connected with the purposes set out in this notice, both intra-EU and extra-EU (in the latter case, these will only be persons adhering to the regulations in force).
Browsing and similar data (for which see above), as well as profiling cookies, also from third parties (for which see the Cookie Policy of this Website), is disclosed to the respective third parties, where they do not handle them directly as Data Controllers.
In any case, the data may be communicated to data processors, as well as to duly instructed persons authorised to process, and always within the scope of the purposes of processing.

8. The period the data are kept
Data provided voluntarily by you the Data Subject will be stored until consent is expressly withdrawn by you, including by means of an action on your browser, by cancelling of cookies, by express request or otherwise manifested. Browsing data will be stored, in accordance with the principle of proportionality, in a form that allows the identification of the Data Subject for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.
Excluded from the above time limits are those cases where it is necessary to retain the data for an additional period of time to defend or enforce a right or to fulfil any legal obligations or orders from the authorities.
9. Rights of the data subject
Each Data Subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, receipt of notification in case of rectification, erasure or restriction, portability, objection to data and not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 GDPR. These rights may be exercised in the form and within the terms set out in Article 12 GDPR, by written notice sent to the Data Controller (see point 10).
The Data Controller shall respond appropriately as soon as possible and in any event within 1 month of receipt of the request.
10. Right to withdraw consent (Manner of exercise of rights)
You may withdraw your consent, where applicable, at any time and/or exercise your rights by sending:

11. Complaints
Each Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint pursuant to Article 77 et seq. of the GDPR to a supervisory authority, which for the Italian State is identified in the “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali” [personal data protection guarantor]. The forms, methods and time limits for bringing complaints actions are provided for and governed by the national legislation in force. The complaint is without prejudice to administrative and legal actions, which for the Italian State may be brought alternatively before the aforementioned Guarantor or before the competent Court.
12. Profiling
The personal data provided when browsing this website and filling in any of the forms it contains may be subject to profiling by third-party providers through third-party cookies.
Profiling allows these third-party providers, autonomous data controllers for their respective personal data processing for profiling purposes, other than the Data Controller of this website, to assess certain personal aspects of the Data Subject relating in particular to preferences, interests, and tastes with having regard to the pages visited and the actions carried out, in order to allow these autonomous and different data controllers to offer the Data Subject a more specific service targeted to the user’s needs.

14. Social media plug-ins
