These terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases made on the e-commerce website store.sscnapoli.it (hereinafter the “Website”).

The Website is owned by Società Sportiva Calcio Napoli S.p.A., with registered office in Naples (NA), Via Del Maio Di Porto 9 - 80133, Italy. The products offered on the e-Shop are marketed and sold by Calicantus S.r.l., with registered office in Quarto D’Altino (VE), Via L. Mazzon 28-30, 30020, Italy, VAT and Tax Code No. 03757590272, registration number with the Venice Companies Register 335872, share capital €100,000 fully paid up.

1. Orders and Purchases

To purchase products from the e-Shop, customers must access the dedicated section of the Website. Each product available for sale is accompanied by a photograph, description, and price, which may vary depending on the country of delivery. Customers can select and book the desired products within the e-Shop, specifying the quantity and any available variants. The selected products will be added to a virtual shopping cart, where customers can add, remove, or confirm items before finalizing the order.

To complete the order, the customer may:

  1. If already registered, log in with their email and password or via the authentication system;
  2. If not registered, proceed with registration by providing the required information;
  3. As a guest, provide the necessary information when prompted to finalize the purchase.

The purchase will be considered finalized for Calicantus S.r.l. only upon confirmation of the order via email or fax through the “Order Confirmation” form. The confirmation will be sent within 2 working days of receipt of the order. Calicantus S.r.l. reserves the right to reject orders at its sole discretion in cases where the information provided by the customer is incorrect or misleading (e.g., incorrect payment details, billing information, or incomplete shipping address) or where there are errors on the Website regarding the ordered products (e.g., price, availability, or product description).

The information on the Website is as accurate and up-to-date as possible; however, no content on the Website constitutes a binding representation or warranty regarding the products. All images, descriptions, and illustrations are for illustrative purposes only. Due to variations in display settings, actual product colors may differ.


2. Product Availability and Prices

The price of each item is displayed in the relevant currency and includes VAT, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery method, product quantity, volume, weight, and destination. These costs are displayed during the purchase process and confirmed in the “Order Confirmation” form.

In the event of delivery delays or temporary unavailability of one or more products, the customer will be promptly notified by email. If products or customizations (such as names, numbers, patches, or other elements) ordered are unavailable at the time Calicantus S.r.l. receives the order form, the customer will be informed.

If payment has already been made, Calicantus S.r.l. will refund the amount within 14 working days.

For orders with multiple products, if only some items are unavailable, Calicantus S.r.l. will contact the customer to agree on partial shipment and refund for the unavailable items.

If all ordered items are unavailable, Calicantus S.r.l. will refund the entire amount paid and notify the customer of the order cancellation.

Calicantus S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel personalized shirt orders containing offensive, obscene, violent, discriminatory, racist, political, religious, defamatory, hateful, illegal, or legally prohibited content. Refunds for such orders will be processed within 14 working days.

Calicantus S.r.l. ships to all countries available during registration. However, customs issues may prevent delivery in some countries. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a refund will be issued.


3. Payment Methods

Customers can pay using:

  1. Credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA ELECTRON and others available through Adyen platform;
  2. PAYPAL available through Adyen platform;
  3. other payment methods available via the Adyen platform.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

All confirmed products will be shipped via national or international express courier to the shipping address provided by the customer. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and confirmed in the “Order Confirmation” form.

Indicative minimum shipping cost for Italy: €7.90. Calicantus may offer reduced or free shipping promotions, which will be communicated on the Website.

Products will be shipped only after full payment is received, except for pre-sale items, which will be shipped once available in the Calicantus warehouse.

Estimated delivery times: Italy: 1-3 working days; European Union: 3-4 working days; Non-EU countries: 4-5 working days.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday. Customers will be informed by email of any changes to these timelines.

Delays due to incomplete/incorrect address details, remote areas, weather events, natural disasters, or other factors beyond Calicantus S.r.l.'s control may affect delivery times.

During promotions, sales, or holidays, delivery may be delayed by up to 15 additional working days.


5. Import Taxes and Customs Duties

Products shipped within Italy and the EU are not subject to import taxes or customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, import taxes or duties may apply, depending on the product type and destination country. These costs are unpredictable and the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005) within 14 working days from receipt of the ordered items, without providing reasons.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted using the contact form within the specified period. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Products must be returned intact, unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition, after prior agreement with Calicantus S.r.l.

Returns must be sent via insured, prepaid shipping to:

Calicantus S.r.l., Via L. Mazzon 30, 30020 Quarto d’Altino (Venice), Italy.

Returns sent cash on delivery or unpaid will not be accepted.

Refunds, including original shipping costs, will be made using the same payment method within 14 days of receipt of the return. In case of partial returns, shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Actual crediting time depends on the payment provider, generally within 30 days.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

  1. Products must not be used, worn, washed, or damaged;
  2. Original tags and security seals must be intact;
  3. Products must be returned in original packaging (sealed in the case of books, designer items, toys, etc.); for kits, all items must be returned.

Incomplete, damaged, or soiled items will not be refunded, nor will any credit be issued.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (e.g., with personal names or names not included in the SSC Napoli team roster), which cannot be returned.

If the return is due to an error by Calicantus S.r.l., shipping costs will be covered by the seller; otherwise, they are the customer’s responsibility.


7. Governing Law

All contracts are deemed concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.


8. Customer Support

Calicantus S.r.l. provides a dedicated Customer Support Area for inquiries regarding orders, shipping, payments, and returns related to purchases managed by Calicantus S.r.l.

To initiate a return for withdrawal, customers must complete the designated form.

For returns due to defects, incorrect personalization, or delivery errors, customers must complete the appropriate form.
